Welcome to Pioneer Cabinetry

When you select Pioneer Cabinetry for your project you’re putting your trust in our years of experience designing, manufacturing, and installing exquisite custom cabinetry.

You may not be aware that Pioneer Cabinetry is a local custom cabinetry company that has developed an impeccable, professional reputation over the years, one cabinet and one customer at a time.

Each project begins in our Design Showroom and Resource Centre, conveniently located just 1 km north of Tillsonburg. It is here that ideas are refined with the help of our Interior Design Specialists. This location is also home to our Manufacturing Facilities where our cabinetry is carefully handcrafted by professionals. And finally, the installation process is conducted by our own team of specialists who focus on precision and detail to ensure every project turns out beautifully and fits perfectly.

Every step of our Project Process has been developed with customers like you in mind, from our Designer Showroom where you can browse styles and selection to our final inspection to ensure every detail is completed exactly as you want it.

Although kitchens are one of the most popular spaces for custom cabinetry we also design and build other exceptional cabinetry for rooms and areas throughout your home. The addition of custom cabinetry in areas such as laundry rooms, mudrooms, offices, pantries, closets, and bars add important organizational features as well as style.

We understand that investing in quality cabinetry is not just a finishing touch to a room…

…it is a reflection of you, your taste and your style.

Frequently Asked Questions

Below are answers to some of frequently asked questions. Click on the question to see the answer.

Pioneer Cabinetry is 100 % a custom manufacturing company so there are no fixed sizes.

Yes. We sell a wide range of countertops including fine granite, quartz, wood, laminate and other solid surfaces such as Corian.

After you have signed off on the project it takes approximately 6-7 weeks for your custom cabinets to be built.

We offer one line of quality, high end custom built cabinets.  However, in our custom cabinetry line there are numerous options and variations that can either reduce or increase costs. A Design Interior Specialist can help you find the right options for you.

All of our custom cabinets are built right behind our showroom walls in our workshop. Everything we do, we do here. We invite you to take a look at our production shop while you are visiting the showroom.

We work around your schedule to find Installation dates that work for you. We will give you an estimated installation date at the time of your order.

Installation is generally complete within 1-2 days. If stone countertops are being installed it will be approximately 2 weeks until it is fully completed.

Unfortunately, we do not remove old kitchens. For this we recommend  hiring a local contractor who is experienced in kitchen removal. If you need help finding one, please feel free to ask us and we will point you in the right direction.
Yes, unless otherwise specified.

Pioneer Cabinetry does not provide demolition services. Pioneer Cabinetry installs the custom cabinetry that we build along with the countertops. We recommended that you work with a contractor if you are changing the dimensions of the space. One of our Interior Design Specialists will be able to recommend any additional services that may be needed during your project.

If it is a minor scratch or dent,  touch-up pens are available. If the scratch or dent is more severe the cabinet may need to be refinished or replaced.

All Pioneer Cabinetry cabinets require cleaning on a regular basis. We recommend cleaning them with a simple solution of soap and water. Here are some simple rules for cleaning:

  • Do not use ammonia or ammonia based cleaner.
  • Do not use harsh abrasives such as steel wool, scouring pads or detergents.
  • Soap and water should be applied to a cloth, not directly sprayed or applied to cabinetry.
  • Any soap used should be removed immediately followed by a light rinse with a damp water absorbed cloth and then dried with a lint free cloth.

All drawings, measurements and quotes are yours to keep at no additional cost once the project is completed.

Yes. All of our Interior Design Specialists are experienced and will follow your project from start to completion.  They provide excellent advice on the materials, installation requirements and cabinet design.

The quoting time varies depending on the project. For larger projects, such as kitchens it takes approximately 7-14 days for you to receive a full quote. For smaller projects such as vanities and countertops you may receive a quote immediately or it may take a few days.

If you have someone in mind, we would be glad to work with them. If not, we have a network of proven, quality contractors and subcontractors that we can recommend to you.

Yes. There is always a Interior Design Specialist available on the Showroom floor. You can also call ahead to arrange an appointment for a personal consultation about your project.

Your initial consultation takes place in our Showroom and Resource Centre so that an Interior Design Specialist can spend time with you to fully understand your needs and ideas for your space.
